7v7 Football Skills focuses on a holistic approach to player development, emphasizing mental, physical, and tactical skills to prepare players of ALL WEIGHT CLASSES for 7v7 flag football. —Skill Focus: speed, footwork, agility and conditioning, passing and receiving, route running, and defensive techniques. (30 minutes)
Athletes will be divided into competitive teams by age and skill level to participate in up to two live games each session. (60 minutes)
